Meet Kori

Kori Mudge, M.S. CCC-SLP, CBS is a licensed and certified speech language pathologist (SLP) and certified breastfeeding specialist (CBS). She earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Clemson University, a master's degree in speech language pathology from the University of Utah, and the CBS certification from Lactation Education Resources. She recently graduated from a lactation consultant training program through the University of California San Diego, and will sit for the IBCLC exam in 2025.

She has experience working in pediatric home health/early intervention, public schools, a Montessori school, and has even done speech therapy on horseback! However, her passion for infant and toddler feeding therapy was ignited when her children were born in 2019 and 2020 with tongue and lip ties. Since then, she has been on a mission to educate herself and help others achieve joy on their feeding journeys. Kori describes herself as a “lifelong learner” and has dedicated countless hours over the last several years to continuing education in the areas of feeding, tethered oral tissues, and myofunctional therapy.

Originally a Vermont native, Kori currently resides in Powdersville, South Carolina with her husband, a daughter and son, and two dogs. She enjoys Clemson football, making pottery, and traveling.
